Ana Rebro, CPA, CA

Managing Partner, Team Leader, Audit and Assurance

Ana graduated from the Schulich School of Business, where she obtained her BBA with a specialization in accounting. Her career in public accounting began at PwC, where she worked on a number of audits for large privately owned companies and not-for-profits. She later transitioned to RSM Richter, where she furthered her experience in providing assurance services to privately owned businesses.

Since 2011, Ana has worked as a part-time lecturer at the Schulich School of Business, as a seminar leader at the Summer School of Accountancy, writing testing materials for the new CPA PREP Program, and teaching courses at CPA Ontario. In 2012, Ana combined her passion for teaching with her experience in assurance and joined Lipton Chartered Accountants, a mid-sized firm in North York, to work in their professional standards department. During the 5 years at Lipton, Ana progressed to become the firm’s Director of Professional Standards. In this capacity she oversaw the firm’s quality control and staff training, as well as served as a Senior Manager where she worked with a number of assurance and non-assurance clients in a variety of industries.

Ana joined Farnham in 2017 as the Principal of our Assurance group. Ana is very passionate about the work she does and strives to change the perception about audit and review engagements from merely being a rubber stamp to meeting a reporting requirement, to an opportunity to add value to her clients’ businesses.

Outside of work, Ana is busy raising her two young boys, hosting dinner parties, and travelling.
