Chato has more than 20 years of administrative and customer service experience. She held positions in the BPO and hospitality industries and more recently held roles in the financial sector which makes her somewhat adept on people’s interest or love for money.
She joined Farnham in 2020 as part of the Quality Control team. The growth of Farnham during the past year evolved her responsibilities into one of the most important – being the executive assistant of the Managing Partner, Steve Farnham and providing excellent customer service to our clients as one of the client concierges.
Chato is a mom and a wife who enjoys cooking and watching all Spanish and Asian telenovelas. She is also fond of nature, spending her time in the mountains sliding on snow in the winter and camping and hiking during summer. No amount of bugs can keep her from spending a night outdoors.
